Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and efficient

Barista

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing excellent customer service, skilled in food and beverage preparation, and experienced in a fast-paced food industry environment. This role involves creating high-quality coffee and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all customers. Previous barista experience is required. The position offers an opportunity to develop skills in food service, cash handling, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with precision and consistency Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs promptly Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using basic math skills Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including food preparation stations and dining spaces, adhering to food safety standards Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling snacks or light food items as needed Manage multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed during busy periods Follow all food safety protocols to ensure proper handling of food and beverages Support team members in daily operations to ensure smooth store functioning

Requirements

Previous experience as a

Barista

or in the

food industry

is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates Strong

customer service
