Who You Are:

Experienced:

You have 2+ years of high-volume cafe or bar experience. You are comfortable "behind the stick" and thrive in the flow of a busy service.

Excellence-Driven:

You have a "good isn't enough" mindset. You notice the small details that others miss.

Engaging:

You possess the emotional intelligence to read a room and the communication skills to educate without being pretentious.

Certified:

A Food Handlers Certification is a strong asset.
