Plentea is more than a tea bar; it is an experience for the senses. Located in the heart of Montreal, we are redefining what tea can be through meticulous ingredient selection and innovative brewing techniques. We are seeking

Tea Tenders

who treat beverage preparation as an art form.

The Role

We are looking for individuals who are obsessed with quality. You will learn our unique approach to blending specialty teas and crafting signature lattes that are bold, delicious, and fragrant.

Core Responsibilities:



Craft:

Execute exquisite specialty tea drinks with absolute precision.

Educate:

act as a brand ambassador, explaining the benefits of our tea offerings to help customers make informed choices.

Atmosphere:

Cultivate an inspiring environment, ensuring the space remains pristine and inviting.

Service:

deliver a "wow" experience from the moment a guest walks in until the moment they leave.

Who We Are Looking For:



2+ Years of Experience:

You have a solid background in a cafe environment and know your way around a bar.

Collaborative Mindset:

You work well with others and contribute to a spirit of excellence.

Efficiency:

You maintain high standards even during peak rush hours.

Customer Obsession:

You prioritize the guest experience above all else. Asset:Food Handlers Certification.
