Job Title: Barista / Cafe Bartender (Part-Time)

Hours: 8-15 hours per week

Availability: Weekends required

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in a part-time role. This position includes preparing quality espresso drinks and simple bar cocktails. Weekend availability is a must. There is opportunity for this role to grow into full-time hours in the future.

What You'll Do

Craft espresso beverages and specialty coffees consistently and to standard Prepare simple cocktails and serve alcoholic beverages responsibly Provide friendly, attentive, and welcoming customer service Take orders and process POS transactions accurately Maintain a clean and organized bar and coffee station Restock bar and beverage supplies as needed Work closely with the cafe team to support smooth service
Requirements

Previous barista experience is required (able to dial-in espresso, steam milk properly, follow drink recipes, etc.) Weekend availability Strong communication and customer service skills Positive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude Serving It Right (or willingness to obtain prior to starting) Bartending experience is an asset, but training will be provided for cocktails

Pay: $17.85-$18.50 per hour
