We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in the food service industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role involves interacting with customers, processing transactions, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with menu selections.
Process customer orders accurately using POS systems, including Micros POS.
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling practices.
Serving food items in accordance with food safety standards.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the service area and dining space.
Manage time effectively to fulfill customer orders promptly during peak hours.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their visit.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to assist customers effectively.
Crafting Espresso drinks to exacting standards.
Experience
Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, with a focus on customer service roles.
Familiarity with POS is advantageous.
Barista experience or serving background is a plus.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
