We are seeking a friendly and efficient

Barista

to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic food industry environment, engaging with customers and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Prior barista experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals with a passion for food service. The position involves handling POS transactions, food preparation, and maintaining food safety standards to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages using established recipes and techniques Operate POS systems for accurate cashiering and cash handling Take customer orders efficiently while providing friendly and attentive service Handle food preparation tasks such as assembling food items, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring food safety standards Manage cash transactions accurately and balance cash register at the end of shifts Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and dining space in compliance with health regulations Assist in serving food and beverages to customers both at the counter and in the dining area Ensure timely service by managing time effectively during busy periods Follow all food safety protocols, including proper handling of food and beverages

Qualifications

Previous

Barista experience

or background in

food service

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
