Job Description
We are hiring a
Part-Time
barista for ourCalgary Farmers' Market West
cafe.If you enjoy being part of a great team, serving tasty coffee and food to grateful customers, and relish opportunities for growth and career development. We are the team for you. While cafe experience is preferred, you do not need any experience in coffee to apply. What you will need is a keen interest in coffee and service and a desire to learn. Mostly, though, the skills necessary to be a great barista involve waking up early, day in and day out, and serving a community of customers and coworkers with kindness and hard work. A willingness to do that work - and the temperament needed to actually love doing it - are prerequisites. We look forward to hearing from you.
This position will be 3 days per week: Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays.
The shifts are 6-8 hours long.
You must be able to commit to starting as early as 8:00am and working as late as 7:30pm.
All applicants must be available those days and time, as well as hroughout Summer.
Immediate Availability is preferred.
