Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and efficient

Barista

to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items. This role requires a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in the food industry, especially as a barista, is preferred but not mandatory. The position involves operating POS systems, handling cash, and maintaining food safety standards to ensure a welcoming and safe environment for all customers.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks with precision and consistency Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Manage customer orders efficiently while providing excellent customer service Handle cash transactions accurately and give correct change Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation stations and dining spaces Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including serving food items Ensure timely service during busy periods by managing time effectively Engage with customers in a friendly manner to enhance their overall experience
