What are the duties to perform:



2 years of Barista experience is preferred! Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to multitask effectively Master crafting all of the drink options on the Alforno menu General understanding of coffee/espresso equipment and maintenance Welcoming and providing customers with the best services Alforno Bakery & Cafe is a special place for a group of coffee lovers who are passionate about creating a bigger meaning and a culture behind the Alforno brand cup of coffee.

Positive Attitude! and unique attributes and skills Ability to lead and mentor junior team members Flexible work schedule, including the ability to work evenings, holidays and weekends Manual dexterity is required to use desktop computers and peripherals Must be able to transport up to 30 pounds on occasion and up to 25 pounds regularly Ability to stand and walk for long periods
A valid Food Safety Certificate is required to ensure safety and quality standards
