Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of specialty coffee, skill for latte art, matcha, and espresso extraction, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following company recipes
- Operate espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Uphold food safety standards and ensure quality control
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns
Experience
Required Skills:
- Latte art and knowledge of espresso and espresso-based drinks
- Cashiering experience
- Food handling knowledge
- Basic math skills
- Time management abilities
- Customer service orientation
- Familiarity with food safety practices
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in the food industry
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of POS systems
