Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages according to standard recipes. Prepare Sandwich and bowls Operate the POS system for order processing and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar, equipment, and seating areas to ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Assist customers with menu selections and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Handle food preparation tasks, including baking pastries and preparing light snacks as needed. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods. Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times. Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transactions. Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous for efficient order processing. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling safety practices is beneficial. A genuine passion for coffee and willingness to learn about various brewing methods and beverage recipes.

Pay: $17.85-$21.00 per hour
