Responsibilities
Perform professional grooming services including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims with precision and attention to detail
Engage with clients to understand their grooming preferences and provide personalized recommendations
Demonstrate product demos and upsell grooming products or accessories to enhance client satisfaction and sales
Manage retail sales transactions using POS systems, ensuring accurate cash handling and billing
Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to hygiene standards and safety protocols
Provide excellent customer service through effective communication, phone etiquette, and active listening
Manage time efficiently to serve clients promptly while maintaining quality standards
Assist in merchandising efforts to promote products and create attractive displays
Keep up-to-date with the latest grooming trends and product knowledge to advise clients effectively
Requirements
Proven experience as a Barbier/Barbiere or similar grooming role preferred
Multilingual skills or bilingual ability (English and other languages) is a plus for serving diverse clientele
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette
Ability to perform basic math for transactions and inventory management
Experience with retail sales, cashiering, POS systems, and cash handling procedures
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients efficiently
Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly, professional demeanor
Knowledge of merchandising techniques and product demonstrations is advantageous
Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment
