Duties

Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to client preferences. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools in accordance with health and safety regulations. Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer personalized recommendations. Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals. Manage front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries. Foster a positive environment by building rapport with clients and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio of work is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Knowledge of sanitation practices related to hair care services. Experience in retail sales or upselling techniques is an advantage. Strong organizational skills to manage appointments and maintain a tidy workspace. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
