Duties
Provide haircuts, shaves, and grooming services tailored to individual client preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations to ensure a safe environment.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer professional advice on styles and products.
Upsell hair care products and services to enhance the client experience.
Manage front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments and handling customer inquiries.
Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service skills.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques.
Experience
Proven experience as a Barber or Stylist in within the beauty industry is preferred.
Strong skills in hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and shaving.
Experience with retail sales and upselling products is a plus.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Knowledge of sanitation practices in accordance with industry standards.
