Duties

Greet clients warmly and assist them with their inquiries at the front desk Provide hair styling services and consultations as needed Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness throughout the salon or retail space Upsell products and services to enhance customer experience and satisfaction Manage appointment scheduling, walk-ins, and client records efficiently Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services or products Support retail sales by promoting featured products and offering personalized recommendations Ensure all areas are organized, stocked, and presentable at all times

Experience

Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or front desk roles preferred Knowledge of hair styling techniques and sanitation standards is advantageous Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients Ability to upsell products and services tactfully to enhance client satisfaction Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus A friendly demeanor and professional appearance are essential for success in this role
