Are you passionate about barbering and creating unforgettable experiences for clients? Avail Barbershop is seeking talented barbers to fill 2 full-time commission positions.

Position Overview: We are currently looking for experienced barbers who excel in their craft and are dedicated to growing while delivering high-quality services.

Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of barbering services including haircuts, shaves, beard grooming and grooming treatments.
-Consult with clients to understand their preference and deliver personalized grooming services.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the barbershop. Maintain a clean and organized workstation to uphold our commitment to hygiene and professionalism. Maintain time management skills.
- Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, answering the shop phone, and handling cash transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Barber
- Proficiency in a wide range of haircuts, styling, and grooming techniques.
- Knowledge of current trends in men's grooming and barbering.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for barbering and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
- Ability to work independently as part of a dynamic team.

We offer competitive compensation based on experience. Benefits available after 9 months of employment. Must be legally allowed to work in Canada.
