Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit Perform hair styling services according to client preferences and salon standards Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and salon areas in compliance with health regulations Assist clients with retail product recommendations and upselling to enhance their experience Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions Support team members in daily operations to ensure smooth salon functioning

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Experience or training in hair styling preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Knowledge of sanitation practices relevant to salon environments Ability to upsell retail products tactfully to enhance client satisfaction Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and team members Basic retail sales experience is a plus Front desk experience or administrative skills are advantageous Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
