We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair styling and excellent customer service skills. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

Duties

Perform haircuts, shaves, and other grooming services according to client preferences. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations. Sanitate tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment. Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience. Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role within the beauty industry. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively. Knowledge of hair styling techniques and trends. Ability to upsell services and products confidently. Experience with front desk operations is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Must be detail-oriented and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
