Provide high-quality haircuts, styling, and grooming services tailored to client preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment in accordance with health regulations.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
Upsell products carefully curated for the client and services to enhance client satisfaction and boost sales.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products to offer clients the best options.
Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent communication and service.
Skills
Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere for clients.
Proficient in hair styling techniques, including scissor cutting and fading.
Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff.
Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
