Hiring Part-time and Full-time barbers at our two Grande Prairie locations!

Some Top Barbers are making an average of $25/hour + Tips. Some barbers in the network are making over $100,000 Annually.

Requirements

• Trained Journeyman-certified Barber or Hair Stylist or completing Apprenticeship
• Great customer service skills \xe2\x80\x93 can you go above and beyond for every guest, every time
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledgeable and up to date with industry trends
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to work in shifts

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and identify their preferences by asking pointed questions
• Recommend hairstyles and haircuts according to customers\xe2\x80\x99 face shapes and tastes
• Demonstrate consistent high-quality technical skill in all areas of cutting including, but not limited to, clipper cuts with fades, natural necklines, texturizing, and customization to client needs and hair type
• Form bonds with loyal customers and remember their hairstyle preferences
• Ensure tidiness of grooming stations and sterilize tools as needed
• Maximize retail opportunities through consistent and effective chair education with guests
