Your expertise in hair care, along with your strong customer service skills, will help create a memorable experience for each client.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools and workspaces to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services or products, effectively upselling when possible.
Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries.
Foster positive relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and attentive customer service.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and participate in ongoing training as needed.
Skills
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Proficiency in hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and treatment applications.
Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a clean working environment.
Ability to upsell products and services effectively while maintaining client satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
Experience in retail sales is a plus, enhancing the overall client experience at the salon.
