Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly and assist with their inquiries at the front desk Perform hair styling services according to client preferences and salon standards Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed to maintain a hygienic environment Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and sales Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate client flow efficiently Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring a positive experience Maintain cleanliness of workstations and common areas throughout the day Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred Knowledge of hair styling techniques is a plus but not required; training will be provided Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and team members Ability to uphold sanitation standards consistently Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Experience working at the front desk or in a reception role is advantageous
