In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service while delivering high-quality hair styling services to our clients. Duties
Provide professional hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the salon area to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer personalized recommendations for hair care products and services.
Upsell retail products that complement the services provided, enhancing the overall client experience.
Manage front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling inquiries in a friendly manner.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work atmosphere and assist with salon operations as needed.
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
Proficiency in hair styling techniques and knowledge of current trends in the industry.
Understanding of sanitation practices relevant to hair care services.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Experience in retail sales is preferred, particularly in upselling products related to hair care.
