Greet clients warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit Assist clients with hair styling, consultations, and product recommendations Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas Upsell retail products and promote services to enhance client satisfaction and business growth Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, check-ins, and payment processing Ensure client comfort and address any concerns promptly to foster a positive experience Keep the work environment organized and stocked with necessary supplies

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients Experience or interest in hair styling and beauty services is preferred Knowledge of sanitation procedures relevant to salon or retail environments Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining genuine client relationships Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Previous experience in retail sales or front desk operations is advantageous Professional appearance with a friendly demeanor and a team-oriented attitude
