Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to individual client needs. Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with industry standards and regulations. Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients' requests and offering professional recommendations. Engage in upselling of products and services to enhance client satisfaction and drive retail sales. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling transactions efficiently. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and beauty to provide clients with innovative options. Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive work environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction.

Experience

Proven experience in hair styling or cosmetology is preferred, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Familiarity with sanitation practices relevant to the beauty industry is essential. Experience in retail sales is an advantage, particularly in upselling products related to hair care. Strong interpersonal skills that foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Pay: $17.85-$30.00 per hour
