We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Barbering and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services while ensuring client satisfaction through excellent communication and service.
Responsibilities
Perform haircuts, shaves, and other grooming services according to client preferences and current trends.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe environment for clients.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations for styles and products.
Upsell retail products and services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing payments.
Foster a positive atmosphere by building rapport with clients and ensuring their comfort during services.
Stay updated on the latest trends in barbering and grooming techniques through continuous education.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Barber.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Knowledge of retail sales techniques, including upselling strategies.
Proficient in various barbering techniques and tools.
Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations.
A friendly demeanor with a passion for helping clients look their best.
