We are a bold, supportive, professional barbershop with a goal to allow our employees to have a stress-free working experience, while also giving our Barbers the chance to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for both full-time and part-time Barbers.

As a Barber at our shop, you will work with a team of talented and engaging professionals, providing exceptional customer service to our customers and fulfilling their requests. We are interested in people who are eager to learn new techniques and are able to interact with a diverse range of people, which allows for a quality experience at all times.

Responsibilities:

Be friendly towards customers and provide excellent customer service. Have a keen understanding of hair cutting techniques. Gather information regarding customers' desired outcome, and create a plan to achieve it. Have the willingness to learn the skill to be able to shave (Our barbershop will provide Barbers with training of various techniques)

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in the industry English proficiency Great communication Great customer service Positive atmosphere Be able to commute to the job location (Edmonton, AB)
If you could also cut/style Women's hair, we will gladly welcome these skills.

We offer 50/50 commission pay.
