Duties
Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting clients warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
Assist clients with hair styling services, providing recommendations based on their preferences and trends.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and common areas to uphold health and safety standards.
Engage in upselling products and services to enhance the client experience and contribute to retail sales.
Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and processing transactions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless service experience for all clients.
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.
Proficient in hair styling techniques; certification or training is a plus.
Strong understanding of sanitation practices relevant to the beauty industry.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
Experience in upselling products or services is desirable.
