Responsibilities
As a chair renter at True Gents Barbershop, you will:
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring an exceptional grooming experience.
Set your own work schedule and manage appointments to optimize your business.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation according to health and safety regulations.
Provide high-quality men's grooming services, including haircuts, beard trims, and shaves.
Promote your services to attract and retain loyal clientele.
Collaborate respectfully with other barbers and contribute to a positive shop culture.
Manage your product sales and upselling opportunities if applicable.
