Duties & Responsibilities
Perform high-quality barbering services including fades, tapers, classic cuts, beard shaping, lineups, and hot towel shaves.
Listen to clients and deliver haircuts that match their preferences and lifestyle.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully sanitized workstation at all times.
Recommend and upsell grooming products or services that complement each client's needs.
Help manage bookings, greet clients, and process payments when needed.
Keep accurate service and sales records.
Work as part of a team to keep the shop environment positive, professional, and efficient.
Requirements
Proven experience as a
Barber
, with strong technical and clipper skills.
Up-to-date knowledge of men's grooming trends and techniques.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation.
Comfortable upselling grooming products and services.
Reliable, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
