We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Barback to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. The Barback plays a crucial role in supporting bartenders and ensuring that the bar operates smoothly. Duties

Assist bartenders in preparing and serving beverages to guests, ensuring timely service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Stock supplies such as ice, garnishes, and drink ingredients to ensure the bar is fully equipped. Clean and sanitize work areas, including countertops and equipment, to adhere to health standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, assisting with cash handling as needed. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Support food preparation efforts by assisting with meal preparation when necessary. Provide excellent guest services by responding promptly to customer requests and inquiries. Serving as required

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is required Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic knowledge of food service practices, including food preparation techniques. A willingness to learn about beverages, cocktails, and bar operations is essential. Must be able to clean and maintain kitchen equipment as well as bar tools.
