Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Barback to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The Barback plays a crucial role in supporting bartenders by ensuring that the bar is well-stocked, clean, and organized. This position requires strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Assist bartenders in preparing and serving beverages to customers. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Stock and replenish supplies such as liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, and other bar essentials. Help manage inventory by keeping track of stock levels and notifying management of low supplies. Communicate effectively with bartenders and other staff to ensure smooth operations. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests as needed. Support the overall hospitality experience by ensuring the bar area is welcoming and well-maintained.

Experience

Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Familiarity with the food industry or kitchen operations is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers. A commitment to cleanliness and organization within the bar environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for customer service and helping create memorable experiences for guests.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
