Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Barback to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced bar environment. The Barback plays a crucial role in supporting bartenders by ensuring that the bar is well-stocked, clean, and organized. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry while providing exceptional customer service to enhance the guest experience.

Duties

Assist bartenders with preparing garnishes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Stock and replenish supplies, such as liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware. Bus tables and generally keep site clean. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs promptly. Support operations team with small tasks.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Knowledge of food handling and safety practices.. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in hospitality or hotel settings is advantageous but not required. A background in cooking or meal preparation can be beneficial for this role.
