We are seeking a motivated and energetic

Barback

to support our bar team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will assist with maintaining a clean and organized bar area, restocking supplies, and ensuring smooth operations during busy hours. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the hospitality industry and develop skills in food service, customer service, and beverage operations within a lively environment.

Responsibilities

Restock bar supplies including alcohol, mixers, glassware, and utensils to ensure availability during service Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning glassware, tools, and surfaces Assist bartenders with preparing garnishes and basic food items as needed Support with food handling and food preparation tasks in accordance with food safety standards Ensure proper storage of inventory and monitor stock levels for reorder needs Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar before and after shifts Provide friendly guest services by responding promptly to bartender requests and maintaining a positive attitude during busy periods

Skills

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and guests Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail Basic knowledge of food preparation, meal prep, and kitchen operations is a plus Customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
