Duties
Supervise and coordinate all bar and restaurant staff, including interviewing and training new team members
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling to ensure quality standards are met
Manage daily operations including POS transactions using Micros POS or similar systems
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards in the kitchen and bar areas
Lead team management efforts to foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork
Handle cash handling procedures accurately and efficiently
Monitor customer service levels to ensure guest satisfaction is consistently achieved
Assist with food service operations, including serving guests when necessary
Maintain inventory levels of beverages and supplies; place orders as needed
Implement policies related to hospitality, food safety, and responsible alcohol service
Experience
Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or food service environment
Strong background in restaurant management or hospitality industry roles such as hotel or barista experience
Knowledge of food industry standards including food preparation, cooking, and food safety protocols
Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
Familiarity with kitchen operations, food handling procedures, and customer service excellence
Previous experience in serving or hospitality roles preferred but not required; leadership qualities are essential
