Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Manager/Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing the bar area. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in accordance with standard recipes and presentation guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices. Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and basic math for billing. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders and responding to inquiries about drinks and menu items. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the food service environment.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant experience is preferred, particularly in a bartending or food service role. Familiarity with Micros POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing. Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
