We are seeking an Experienced Bar Manager who shares our passion for hospitality and excellence.
Duties
Manage daily bar operations, including inventory control and ordering supplies Supervise and train bar staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and hospitality Oversee and create Ne cocktail Menu Items. Conduct interviews and hire new staff members as needed Develop creative drink menus and promote special events to enhance customer experience Monitor bar performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and leadership
Qualifications
Proven experience in restaurant management or bar management roles Strong knowledge of bartending techniques. Experience with supervising staff in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems Ability to lead a team effectively while promoting a collaborative atmosphere Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry Previous experience in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus
