Job Description
The Kelowna Beer Institute is currently accepting resumes to fill a Bartender / Supervisor position within our company. This position requires multiple roles from guest interaction, floor management and maintaining KBI standards and procedures.
This position is a lead Staff position so it does requires previous experience in a leadership, management or supervisor role.
Additionally, all potential candidates
must have a love of Beer!! Preference given to those with craft beer knowledge - but not required!
BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY
we are looking for energy, personality and a love of great locally made beer!We offer excellent training and the opportunity to learn more about the craft beer industry and the brewing process behind some delicious local craft beer. All potential candidates must possess a willingness to learn, be self-motivated, driven, have great awareness and thrive in a team-focused environment.
