We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar & Grill Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidates will possess a passion for customer service and food. As a member of our kitchen and bar staff, you will play a crucial role in creating an enjoyable experience for our guests while ensuring that all food safety and handling protocols are strictly followed. Some restaurant experience is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely manner. Prepare and serve food and drinks according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining room areas. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Assist in upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers and staff. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to guests . Manage time effectively during busy shifts to maintain service quality.

Qualifications

Has a flair for food. Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is considered an asset. Strong customer service skills with a friendly manner. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Proficient in cash handling and experience using POS systems is a plus. Excellent time management skills. A willingness to help team members and contribute positively to the work environment. Must be able to work flexible hours, including Days, Evenings and Weekends as needed.

Pay: From $15.70 per hour
