The Day to Day:

• You\'re a strong communicator and conduct yourself in a respect manner with with Servers, Hosts and Bartenders
• You have a sense of urgency and can complete tasks quickly with ease
• You\'re tuned in to the space you work in and contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization
• You\'ll learn and carry out the proper opening and closing procedures of the bar
• You\'re able to multi task and assist the team with polishing and organizing of glass wears.
• You\'ll be proactive and regularly check and maintain beer keg and liquor levels
• You\'ll assist with the FOH team with food running and interact with guest with enthusiasm
• Other duties as assigned or required

Qualifications

• SmartServe Certified
• Prior barista experience is desirable
• Enrolled or completed a Hospitality, Food & Beverage and/or Special Events Program is an asset
• High attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment
• Organizational skills
• Ability to take direction and prioritize
• Strong oral communication skills
• High level of product knowledge
• Ability to maintain a level of professional urgency
