The Job



As part of our Creators team, you'll help bring unforgettable events to life--setting the scene, serving with style, and making sure every moment feels seamless. Whether you're setting up a boardroom for a polished meeting, serving guests at a wedding reception, or refreshing a coffee station between sessions, you'll bring care, attention, and grace to every detail.

You'll be responsible for preparing banquet spaces, serving food and beverages, maintaining clean and organized service areas, and ensuring that our guests experience nothing short of excellence. It's not just about what's on the plate--it's about how it all feels.

What You'll Do



Set up event spaces with care and precision, ensuring all tables, linens, and place settings meet brand standards Greet guests with professionalism and warmth, creating a welcoming atmosphere Serve food and beverages efficiently and gracefully during banquets and events Monitor guest needs throughout the event, refilling drinks and clearing plates as needed Respond to guest requests with enthusiasm and a can-do attitude Assist in post-event clean-up and room resets for upcoming functions Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Support team members in ensuring a smooth, high-quality guest experience from start to finish Represent the brand by delivering thoughtful, detail-oriented service that elevates every gathering

Who We're Looking For



Previous 1 year serving experience Smart Serve Certified preferably Professional, polished, and guest-focused in every interaction Detail-oriented with a commitment to creating beautiful, seamless setups and service Calm, efficient, and proactive in high-volume or time-sensitive environments Great communicator who works well with both front- and back-of-house teams Dependable and flexible, with a positive attitude and strong sense of teamwork Able to take direction and anticipate needs to stay one step ahead Committed to creating a welcoming, memorable experience for every guest Must be available to work mornings, days, evenings into late at night, weekends and holidays
