Swaneset's Wedding Department is hiring for all positions! We are looking for Banquet Servers, Bartenders, and Banquet Captains.All roles requires a valid Serving It Right. All employees require a reliable vehicle, as there is no access to public transportation.Banquet ServersThis role requires self motivated individuals who can follow direction as well as a willingness to learn and be part of our Team with a focus on exceeding the expectations of our guests.You must be able to work a flexible schedule and be self motivated.Role Requirements:
- The ability to maintain a sense of urgency and focus on the job at hand.
- The ability to take initiative
- Maturity with an interest to learn and be part of a team.
- FOODSAFE Certificate and First Aid is an asset.
- Attention to detail and organized
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- The ability to maintain a sense of urgency and focus on the job at hand
- The ability to problem solve and take initiative.
- The ability to lead a team with confidence and have a sharp attention to detail.
- FOODSAFE certificate and First Aid is an asset
- Must be 19 years of age or older.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a bartending role in a similar field.
- Must have a valid Serving It Right
- FOODSAFE and First Aid certificate is an asset.
- Must be 19 years of age or older.

- 8 hour shift
- Overtime pay
