Summary:

As a Banquet Server at Rebel Creek Golf Club, you play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences for our guests during weddings, tournaments, private functions, and club events. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment as part of a team that prides itself on service excellence and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

Set up banquet rooms and event spaces according to floor plans and events details (tables, chairs, tableware, etc.) Greet and serve guests in a polite and timely manner during events Deliver plated meals, clear tables, and assist and assist with buffet and bar service Follow proper food handling and hygiene practices Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift Respond quickly to guest needs and communicate any issues to supervisors Assist with tear-down and clean-up after events Work closely with the kitchen and hospitality team to ensure smooth event execution Represent Rebel Creek Golf Club with professionalism and a guest-first attitude at all times

Qualifications:

Previous banquet, restaurant, or hospitality experience is an asset but not required SmartServe Certification (required) Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Excellent communication and teamwork skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow direction Friendly, energetic, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment Weekend and evening availability

Bending, balance, lifting (up to 30lbs), extended period of standing
