Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Banquet Servers to join our team in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service during events, ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and well taken care of. This position requires a strong background in hospitality and customer service, with a focus on food handling and safety.

Responsibilities

Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table arrangements and decor. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner. Assist with food preparation and ensure proper food handling practices are followed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the banquet area throughout the event. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during events. Address guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service to enhance their experience. Clear tables and reset for the next course or event as needed.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant or hotel experience is preferred, particularly in guest services or food service roles. Strong understanding of hospitality principles and commitment to providing exceptional service. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Pay: $18.50-$22.50 per hour
