Job Description

Food and beverage experience is considered an asset Must be able to work midnights, weekends, and holidays Team player with a positive and energetic attitude Shows initiative and self-motivation to work independently Courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor Ability to multi-task in a timely manner Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Must be able to lift 25lbs
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all the conference and banquet operations are prepared to the defined standards through completion of all necessary preparation work for the current and following day by reviewing banquet event orders. Duties will include conference/banquet room setups and tear down, the organizing and cleaning of the back of the house areas, along with food and beverage service areas.
