The Victoria Inn Hotel and Convention Centre is searching for a Banquet Chef/Cook at the Victoria Inn in Brandon. This position will require the ability to take control of
situations and adapt to regular interruptions. Time management and organizational skills are crucial. Experience within the food service industry is an asset.

Position Summary:
Under the guidance of the Executive Chef, initiate and promote consistency and maintain high quality food services. The successful candidate will work on the restaurant line as well as assist with food preparation for banquet and catering functions.
