Ma\xc3\xaetrise de la conception des processus d\'affaires et de la configuration SAP ECC, y compris la pr\xc3\xa9paration des sp\xc3\xa9cifications fonctionnelles, les tests, la transition et la mise en service

Connaissance approfondie d\'un minimum de 2 des modules SAP suivants d\'int\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xaat: MM, SRM, PP, PM, FI, CO, PS, HR

The SAP Functional Analyst is responsible to find and propose innovative business process improvement, simplification and automation solutions. You will ensure the leveraging of best practices and current technologies & functionality within the P&WC applications architecture to meet business needs.

This candidate pool aims to identify talents for future job opportunities. We are looking for SAP Functional Analysts in different business units: Finance, HR, Logistics, Quality, Supply chain, Operations and Aftermarket.

What your day to day will look like:

• Participate in the SAP S/4 Hana digital transformation
• Plan, manage and perform activities related to detailed analysis and redesign of business systems within your SAP modules assigned and integration with/to other SAP modules.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities that are enabled by SAP functionality.
• Work with other Business Analysts, SAP Functional Specialists, and Integration Testing Teams to find proper solutions and integration of your SAP modules functionality with other SAP modules.
• Own and develop required system documentation such as configuration, tests and functional specifications.

What tools you need to be successful:

Must haves:

• Bachelor degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Technology Management, Computer Science or any related field
• Minimum 3-5 years\' experience in SAP Business Systems
• Minimum of 3 SAP full cycle implementations experience
• Proficiency in business process design and SAP ECC configuration including preparation of functional specifications, testing, cutover and go live
• In dept knowledge of a minimum of 2 of the following SAP modules of interest: MM, SRM, PP, PM, FI, CO, PS, HR

Assets:

• Bilingual (French, English)
• Strong communicator with good facilitation skills
• Open-minded, flexible and consultancy approach to considering solution options/alternatives while making recommendations
• Project Management skill set
• SAP certification an asset
