CASUAL POSITION with opportunity to grow to regular part time or full time

Duties:

- Inflate balloons
- Delivery of balloon decor
- Installation of balloon decor at various sites

- Take down of backdrops and balloon decor
- Social media content creation

- create marketing emails

- assist with sales campaigns
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Drivers license and vehicle required (SUV or van preferred)
- Strong organizational and creative skills with attention to detail
- Fun, friendly, fast learner
- Sales and marketing experience an asset but not required

- Must be able to occasionally lift heavy items (up to 80 lbs) and be comfortable working on a ladder

This position offers an opportunity to work in a fun and flexible environment with opportunity for growth for the right person, providing support to various departments (production, delivery, sales). This position will include creating balloon decor, installing balloon decor, completing deliveries, and other odd jobs. Lots of potential for more hours if the person shows initiative and is well-rounded to assist with various parts of the business. No previous balloon experience required.
