What will you be doing?

As a

Dance Teacher

, you will instruct children in Creative Movement, Ballet and Jazz. Responsibilities include:


Working in an environment that can be loud and filled with the squeals and laughter of young children.

Planning lessons & teaching dance to children 3-9 years of age.

Singing songs to children in a dance class setting.

All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Current dance teaching certification preferred (RAD for Ballet preferred)
At least 1 year experience teaching dance to young dancers

Must be a true team player, reliable, driven, inclusive and self-motivated

Must meet province requirements for childcare employment Current Standard First Aid and infant child CPR preferred

Current immunization and health assessment as per the local Minister of Health Requirements
