Clear Edge Balcony Cleaning is a local business specializing in professional vinyl and hard-surface balcony cleaning for condos, stratas, and homeowners throughout Victoria. We take pride in our eco-friendly approach, high standards, and innovative water containment technology that prevents runoff.

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our growing team. This is a physically active role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable working independently. This job is well suited to someone who wants to make their own hours and work around their schedule. Perfect for students looking for some side income or someone looking to earn a little outside of their day-to-day job or schooling.

Responsibilities:

Clean vinyl and composite balconies using a specialized machine, degreasers, and hand tools Use our edge-containment system to ensure no water runoff Move light furniture and personal items as needed to access work areas Provide friendly and respectful customer service on-site Maintain and clean equipment Ensure job sites are left clean and tidy

Requirements:

Comfortable with physical labour and working outside in various weather conditions Reliable transportation to job sites around Greater Victoria Punctual, respectful, and able to work independently Attention to detail and pride in a job well done Prior cleaning, construction, or exterior work experience is an asset, but not required
